Acutronic

The Acutronic Group has a proud history of building technologies and teams crucial to aerospace, defense, and transportation. JTH acquired Acutronic in 1996 in a distressed transaction from a large Swiss bank and successfully developed the company over nearly two decades. 

In 2015, JTH exited Acutronic through a share deal with a Swiss-based family office. Today, Acutronic’s Simulation & Test Division leads globally in high-performance motion simulation and test equipment, while its Aerospace Components Division delivers innovative solutions for next-generation aerospace and defense programs worldwide.
